Amazing food, amazing people, amazing restaurant. The dishes are incredible. The wine is so delicious.Just make sure you have a reservation. Definitely will go back!

The best restaurant of our stay in La Valette. The pork was divine, the wine excellent. The cherry on the top: our waitress Florentina was so friendly, professional, and provide us very good advices. We loved N’Duja Osteria, and we will definitely be back.

After trying multiple famous Italian restaurants in Valletta, I came here with high expectations that were exceeded in almost every aspect. N'duja Osteria operates in a relatively small scale serving a smaller selection of dishes for only a few tables, leading to a conspicuous quality over quantity situation. They did not cheap out on any of the ingredients, including the drinks that were (mixes in my case) both strong and well-balanced. Hard to judge the authenticity of the food as a non-Italian, therefore all I can say is, the Amatriciana I had here was one of the best pasta dishes I ever had. Highly recommended.

Went for lunch and initially I was the only diner. I made a mistake and ordered three stuffed courgette flowers didn’t realise how big they’d be! They guys in 67 Kapitali got two as a carry out. The mussels what a phenomenal sauce. The guy who said to the owner his pasta dish was spicy… …er N’duja he used two servings of parmigiana to take the edge off!

Great Italian restaurant serving tasty pasta/spaghetti and other food. Today’s special was tuna (first picture) delicately cooked with paprika, potatoes, spinach and tomatoes.Staff very friendly and speak English — Italian as well.

We really enjoyed our food from start to finish. Giorgio is a great host and really likes to make you feel at home. I highly recommend this place for some home-like cooking dishes and good desserts. Will be visiting again soon!
